By requesting a commission, you acknowledge and agree to the TOS outlined on this page. Please read carefully.
Invoicing
No commission is accepted until confirmed by both parties and invoice is paid.
Invoice will be sent after consultaction, and there is confirmation of details and TOS are acknowledged.
Any additional charges accumulated after work begins must be paid in full before work will continue.
Payment
Commissions over $100 USD must pay a 50% deposit due before work begins.
At completion, a small, pixelated thumbnail will be sent to you for proof of completion. Remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before full size image will be sent.
Commissions under $100 USD must be paid in full before work begins.
Rush orders cost 50% extra, and are subject to availability.
Complicated props are an additional charge, price depends on your specific request.
Payments are USD and accepted through PayPal.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
Cancellations/Refunds
Absolutely NO refunds on finished work. By that time you have confirmed sketch, colors, details, etc.
The only exception to refund policy is if work can not be completed on time and you do not agree to an extension. Extensions due to to prolonged wait times for approval of edits and sketches, or those accumulated due to extra/late edits are no fault of mine and are mandatory, therefore hold no bearing on my accountability to meet original deadline. Please approve edits and sketches within 24 hours to prevent mandatory extensions.
I will refund your money in full if I can’t start or finish the job due to any fault of my own.
Cancellations with full refunds will be accepted ONLY before sketch has begun, minus PayPal fees. Once sketch has begun, I will only refund 50% of the total cost minus PayPal fees. There will be NO refunds issued once linework has begun.
Process
Commissions are digital, there will be NO physical product sent. The only exception is when ordering prints and stickers of the finished artwork.
Finished work will be delivered as a Dropbox link via email.
Final image(s) will be 3000×4200 pixels (10×14 inches), 300 DPI, PNG file format.
Sketch will be sent for approval. Please approve or deny each sketch within 24 hours of receipt to prevent mandatory deadline extensions. You are allowed up to 3 minor sketch changes and 1 major sketch change. Anything beyond those will be an extra charge. Any changes made, whether included in the price or extra charges, may extend the deadline by 24 hours depending on how fast they are approved.
Sketch phase is the only time to make changes, any changes after work has begun will be extra. The price of these extra changes is subject to scale and difficulty of the changes. These changes will also create mandatory extensions to the deadline.
Most commissions will be done within 1-3 weeks, to be determined during consult, and any deviation from this estimate will be discussed before payment with the exception of mandatory extensions and/or customer approved extensions.
You should expect any completed work to be in my own personal art style.
Final rendering will contain my signature.
My Rights
I have the right to cancel and refund anytime, for any reason. If I cancel your order for my own personal reasons, you will be refunded 100% of what you paid.
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Copyright of all finished work belongs to me. I have the right to post finished projects on social media, use in my portfolio, and/or anywhere else I see fit. However, if subject matter is particularly sensitive and you would not like it shared publicly, let’s discuss it before paying your invoice. I will make exceptions case by case.
You May:
Use for personal use
Upload to any website and/or social media
Print images for personal use (nothing on a large scale)
If requesting an OC, you may create and share their name, backstory, life, etc., as long as it’s not being done commercially and/or for promotional purposes. Ask for details on commercial licensing if you want to use them this way.
You May NOT:
Make any profit by reselling, redistributing, uploading to print on demand (POD) services, make prints, or do anything involving NFT’s, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, etc., with this image(s).
Use for any type of commercial purposes or promotional gain without a commercial license. To secure a commercial license, please ask during consultation. If it’s being used for your business or business accounts on social media, for example, you will need a commercial license. If you’re unsure, please ask.
Claim my artwork as your own original artwork, alter image(s) without written consent, copy my art under any circumstances, or remove my signature for any reason as these are all examples of copyright infringement and illegal.
